Methodist Church Carthage Tennessee

We are honored to offer the facilities of Carthage United Methodist Church for use by church members, their families, and approved non-profit community organizations. Any use must be approved by the Pastor or Gatekeeper. It is a requirement of the United Methodist Church that permission can be granted only when such use is consistent with the Social Principles (160-166 of The Discipline) and ecumenical objectives of the United Methodist Church. To ensure that we continue to have the privilege of offering our facilities, it is appropriate that we require those who use these facilities to be accountable for their use and honor the guidelines.

STEPS FOR RESERVING THE FACILITY:

Contact church office to have date penciled in on church calendar.
Schedule a meeting with a member of the Gatekeepers in order to review all rules for using the facility as well as applicable charges, sign the application for usage and complete all forms.
Your event date will officially be entered on the church calendar when the above steps have been completed, all paperwork approved by the Pastor and a Gatekeeper, and all fees or deposits paid.
